Subject: [ILF] (admin: cool!!)

Cool -- I fixed the ILF list so that it keeps the "real" sender's name
and email...  you can distinguish the ILF msgs because they will have
the "[ILF]" in the subject title (i.e., for those fancy folks who have
email filters/folders set up.)
