Greetings to all you lucky, lucky people able to attend the "most excellent" Britfest 98. Below are the directions to the venue, The Plough Inn Mancetter from numerous directions. We are in the upstairs function room which can be reached by going through either bar and/or asking the bar staff (I expect you will be able to follow the noise most of the time!). Please take the time to have a quick look at a map in conjunction with these directions and get in touch if you have any issues. Entrance is 50 yards up the Quarry Lane !! See you all Saturday Richard PS Now I'm so excited I could rip a tissue !!!! >From the South via M1 Exit M1 J18 take A5 towards Hinckley and Nuneaton (1st exit from roundabout) carry straight on A5 for 20 miles until you pass MIRA (Motor Industry Research Assoc.) on right followed in 1 mile by Red Gate Pub, then 1 more mile by The Bull Inn. Turn left at roundabout after 500yrds (first exit) on to B4116/B4111 (Harpers Lane) signposted to Mancetter and Manor Road Ind Est, follow for 500yrds The Plough Inn is on the right. >From The South via M5 M5 J4a bear on to M42 North (only option!) follow for 30 miles until J10 A5 also Tamworth Services. Take A5 towards Hinckley and Nuneaton (3rd exit), after 5.5 miles turn right at roundabout (4th roundabout from M42, very large with trees in middle!) on to B4116/B4111 (Harpers Lane)signposted to Mancetter and Manor Road Ind Est, follow for 500yrds The Plough Inn is on the right. >From the North via M1 M1 to J23a take A42 south towards Birmingham, Ashby, Tamworth. A42 turns in to M42 after 5-10 miles. Take M42 J10 A5 also Tamworth Services. Take A5 towards Hinckley and Nuneaton (1st exit), after 5.5 miles turn right at roundabout (4th roundabout from M42, very large with trees in middle!) on to B4116/B4111 (Harpers Lane) signposted to Mancetter and Manor Road Ind Est, follow for 500yrds The Plough Inn is on the right. >From the North via M6 Take M6 J12 A5, take first exit signed A5 towards Cannock, Tamworth, Nuneaton and Hinckley. Follow for 20 miles until reaching M42 just after Tamworth. Go straight over still on A5 towards Hinckley and Nuneaton, after 5.5 miles turn right at roundabout (4th roundabout from M42, very large with trees in middle!) on to B4116/B4111 (Harpers Lane) signposted to Mancetter and Manor Road Ind Est, follow for 500yrds The Plough Inn is on the right. >From the East via A14 Follow A14 to the end and take the M6 Birmingham, Rugby, North direction. Follow for 6 miles until J2 and Take M69 Hinckley. From M69 take the J1 after 8 miles on to the A5. Follow A5 towards Nuneaton and Tamworth for 6 miles until you pass MIRA (Motor Industry Research Assoc) on right followed in 1 mile by Red Gate Pub, then 1 more mile by The Bull Inn. Turn left at roundabout after 500yrds (first exit) on to B4116/B4111 (Harpers Lane) signposted to Mancetter and Manor Road Ind Est, follow for 500yrds The Plough Inn is on the right.
