change' people make their money, not to insult you or anything..........

Normal exact exchange rate:   USD 1.65 per GBP 1.00
 PLUS
Bureaux charges USD 0.10-0.15 per unit of GBP to buy
PLUS
Service charge USD 5.00-15.00=
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----
Buying exchange rate:  USD 1.65-1.80 per GBP 1.00, plus
the USD 5.00-15.00 service charge.
