When you e-mailed me and subsequently 'phoned me about your plans, I could not have imagined what a wonderful success it has been. Your energy, time, effort and commitment can only be applauded with our humble but heart felt thanks. It must have appeared that in the absence of acknowledgement of all your efforts must have seemed to be not only grateful but incredibly rude, please do not think for one moment that we are not grateful and do not appreciate all of everything that you and all your supporters have achieved. The money that you have raised will go a long way towards paying for a "loop system" to be put into Tanners Brook School in Southampton, which is a school for seriously hearing impaired children. Our thanks and appreciation does not seem enough, but if you think that your efforts will enable children to hear and achieve the rightful potential in the world of education then I hope that you will all give yourselves a "pat on the back" please do pass this E-mail to those you feel should be told.
