I'm pretty sure they're UK based.  They used to be called Yalplay.  I
received a flyer in the post a few months back advertising 3 pound
discounts off CDs to "celebrate" their name change, hence the
assumption.

This is my first order from them and a few hours later, I still haven't
received an email confirmation of the order.  I'll let you know how many
weeks they take to ship :)
