Well, yes and no.  Welcome to the flexible world of the ILF list, Norm.  
ILF's don't really happen very often, so we use this list to converse 
freely...about practically anything.  It's the Digest's back room.  When an 
ILF is close at hand, that sort of naturally becomes the main topic.

This place is kind of like an airport:  there's nothing to do until your 
flight leaves, so anything goes.
