Ok, one last comment about British pounds and having coins left
over for the return to the US...  when returning from my ILF weekend
last May, I ended up buying a few things at Harrod's at the Heathrow
airport.  I basically just emptied my pockets with UK bills and coins,
and then charged the balance on my credit card...  an effective way
to get rid of extra metal.
