All I would say is

1) Don't believe anything they tell you about times and frequencies.
2) Don't travel on the tube (underground, metro, call it what you will) unless
you are truly tired of life, and don't mind witnessing the numbing depths of
apathy and selfishness to which the human race can descend.

Of course, my advice is to spend the least amount of time possible in our
illustrious capital. But I'm biased.
