This I know for a fact is a ton of cash, and may even be more than $26 dollars. It is much more convenient to take the tube from Heathrow, or the Gatwick Express train (which is great - runs every 15 minutes from Victoria, only makes one stop, and has loads of room for bags and stuff). Also, when you buy your rail ticket to Wolverhampton, they will probably include all prices if you ask them to, meaning the British rail trip, tube transfer, and the Gatwick Express if need be. I got this when I went from Birmingham to Gatwick and it was 38 pounds all together [one way!] but I only had to carry one ticket. I wish the US would get on the ball in this way. Anyway, if Dan is right that the pass costs that much, forget it. I'll check anyway. I guess I have to set aside $150 for train expenses [London to Leicester is 49 pounds return, and London to Wolverhampton is probably around the same]. Does this sound right? What is the Britrail site web address again? Lolita
