Subject: [ILF] y2k and your vcr

Hello all.  Something completely un42ish (so some of you can just move
right on past this post then, you know who you are).

I just received this interesting little suggestion for those of you who
have VCRs that know what year it is.  This goes for you Mikey as I
remember you're little test a few months ago!

Next year, as the calendar rolls over, reset your VCR to the year 1972.
It's got the same days as the year 2000.  This will fool your VCR into
being Y2k compliant!
