Subject: [ILF] Tourfest & stuff

I just saw the new year in, then promptly rushed back and listened to my AYGB
disc, I'll never get tired of those classiC L42 tracks! I'm still playing One
Man over and over in my car mind you! Also I have taken a shine again to
'Changes' (the track).

OK, Tourfest: I have had next to ZERO response or interest from anyone
(ZERO!!!). It has been brought to my attention today that this is because
people (like myself) are too busy with financial year end, festivities and
holidays to respond to the ILF list messages.

Also, someone reminded me today that the tourists will need to use the Sunday
(31st) to see the sights (recommended!) so may not be up for a get together
until evening. I'm sure there will be more interest closer to the actual date!
So, for now lets do it this way:

We can decide a meeting point closer to the day, we'll just go and drink
somewhere (wherever is convenient) and pile into whatever restaurants we find.
We'll have a good laugh for sure!

I dont think the minibus idea is going to work out, as there are so many
different people with different plans, its expensive and also there is the
parking/driver issue.

So, in summary... if you are going to the concerts, get onto the ILF mailing
list now and look forward to some great music!!! 

- I may need to share accom in London, anyone want to share a hotel? I dont
want to stay with my cousin as I'll be getting in late no doubt!

As of tomorrow, I will be tied up until Jan 23rd, so unfortunately cant handle
any more ticket orders etc etc - I'm going to have to lie low for a while. You
can still mail me though. 

I do have one spare unclaimed copy of One Man (sealed, its still such a cool
album), mail me if you want it, - I still have Bitter Moon CDs which I bought
for folk but they never sent their addresses!!! If you are interested, mail
me.

did anyone see Lenny Henry at the last L42 concert?
Virgin Radio played both SAY and LIL recently, LIL is #120 in their top 500,
well done boys!
Happy New Year to all. Also I hope Ramadan is going well for those concerned;
I'm sure its Hanaka soon too isnt it? Happy Hanaka if I missed that.
