Morning all

First off, a belated thanks to everyone who helped out with my attempt to get CD or mp3 replacements for all my old 7" singles - from a starting point of about 900 it's down to under 250 now, so it's gone well. Of course when I get to the 12"s that might be another matter. Talking of which...

Cycling home last night and 'I Won't Feel Bad' by Simply Red came on my iPod. It was the standard LP version of the track, but gave me a yearning to hear the Arthur Baker remix I have tucked away somewhere on a 12". I came in this morning hoping to get it off iTunes, but it's not on there (not even the LP version is). Further investigation reveals that although it did also come out on the CD single, it's extremely hard and/or expensive to get hold of. So, bit of a long shot here, but I never cease to be amazed at the stuff that you people have tucked away - does anybody out there have a copy of this single they'd be willing to sell at a reasonable cost, or share with me out of the goodness of their heart? In return I promise to return to hibernation for at least another three months.

Seeing as it is a bit quite on the digest and valentine's day is here, I was wondering how did you pop the question. I posted a letter to my wife with a poem in it with clues leading to other clues around the house where she would eventually find the final clue and the big question with me in the living room, that was almost 20 years ago and she said yes.

aaahhhhh
