Right, I'm getting the heck out of this sodden country for a week. Don't
you dare have any decent weather or, more importantly, have any fun on this
digest while I'm gone...

Hey AG, they are playing at Arundel next month, and in Sweden in Denmark.

I heard that Nathan is going to be replaced by Andy Taylor, Nathan will go on to play for the Police because Sting and Andy Summers had a tiff.  Andy Summers is now playing for Duran Duran, who are doing some older police songs because Andy owns the right to them. Meanwhile Mike Lindup has joined forces with the Pet Shop Boys, New Order, and OMD to do a collaborative album entitled Synthonic.

Okay, so none of that was true....except for the concert stuff

I've hit the May 2, '03 digest and the announcement by our own Tom
Foolery of the release of his CD 'Another Meaningless Crisis'. I said
it when he sent me the disc last year and I will say it again now
since my reading has jogged my need to post....Send Tom an email and
ask, nay BEG, him to send you the CD. I have it in rotation on my car
stereo on a monthly basis, even now, and really enjoy it. Those of
you that have, I imagine, will echo my comments, well most of you
will except for AG who disliked how Tom rhymed one word with another,
but well......as much as I enjoy and revere our AG, I hafta say that
he's just being snarky. Those of you that don't have it, go to the
website www.emeraldsoul.com and download some of the samples. Then
urge good Tom to part with a CD to send you and best of all it is FREE!

Also, is Dan James around, if so Dan can you email me? I've been
trying to look at your website and am having problems, I am wondering
if I have an older web page address for his mp3 downloads?

That is all for now....

Ok....good news....for me anyway.I've finally slogged my way through
all the old digests I had had to email myself because I hadn't
resubscribed after the digest came back in 2002.

So, now I am in the midst of some big excitement over the original
members supposedly coming back together to produce an album. The
euphoria seems almost universal although Mikey is urging caution and
Jay Tracy is his usual contrarian self, with a majority of the
digesters seeming to barely contain themselves. So, I ask, what
happened? Unless Retroglide is THAT collaboration, which I think I
doubt, did they realize they really could not work together?

Speaking of Retroglide, how well did it sell? Were any videos done of
the songs? Can they be had?

Oh, and of all things Elson Trinidad made an appearance on the May
28, 03 digest.....will wonders NEVER cease! Oh and to the Aussie
contingent, my apologies to you for not including you in those I remembered.

Off to more reading.....only about 1080ish more to go.....wheeeee

Think you'll find it was a Code Red, not a code Alpha!
