As was Tracie. Both of which would have easily made the list but I was
trying to provoke debate by being slightly different. Running In The Family
gets off too lightly for my liking!

That said, I was checking my "Most Played" list on itunes the other day and
the most listened to L42 song is Freedom Someday. This is quite by accident
because i often listen to my iPod on shuffle and rarely, if ever, have I
played the RITF album on it's own. But it is a fair reflection of how much
I like that track.

Strangely, Sleeptalking is the next most played L42 track. This must've
been when i was first listening to Retroglide and I was fooled by that slap
bass intro into believing it was a good song.

But I hate to be all doom and gloom. Things are good at the moment. New
job is going well, house sale/purchase is ticking along nicely, the first 5
months of married life is bliss, my team is chasing a Champions League spot,
I've just bagged tickets for Pearl Jam in June and we're leaving work early
this avo to go to the pub.

But even this jovial mood can't make RITF a good song.

I've not seen the Heavies live but I thought their
last album was really awful,

Awful. Full of awe. So you liked it?
