I have been to a Level 42 show at that venue, and if I recall correctly
nobody was standing up at any time. In fact, I think those of us from
the digest were the only ones even moving or clapping along until Something
About You came on. We sat near the front and I remember turning around and
seeing stone faced people looking back. Pretty sad. Bonus from that
show is that Mark and the boys spent well over an hour hanging out with us
backstage [I got to indulge my little crush on Nathan]...

| Mr Goodwin said: > > Do any young people here who care about such things > know whether the wretched Coldplay acknowledged > ripping off Kraftwerk's 'Computer Love' in that turgid > piece of theirs I hear everywhere? > This question, which I can answer, plus the "vol-au-vent thread", apparently stirred up from some comment of mine a hundred years ago, have triggered me to de-lurk. The answer is "they most certainly do". Now, back to the pastries... (Level) Best Regards, -Steve |
