Greetings to all, As suggested, I now introduce myself. My name is Ahmad Tarmidzi Bin Ismail and I'm from Singapore. I'm a 33 year old bachelor, still madly enjoying my bachelorhood. Sometimes known to family and friends as Mizi. I play the guitar, bass guitar and the piano. At times I do get my hands on certain other instruments. The first time I got hooked on Level 42 was in 1985, hearing Lessons in Love and Running in the Family.... in fact the whole album. Of course Mark King became my main bass influence. The first time I saw Level 42 live was in August 2003, playing for one night over here. I still listen to their songs and never get bored of them. At the moment I'm mesmerized by the Celtic Woman DVD. Acoustic Alchemy is also a choice companion when I'm out and about these days. Other genres would be stuff from Killswitch Engage, Racer X, and some Estonian stuff which I'm sure none of you Digesters ever heard of. I'm also into this new, rather underground artiste known as Aminah Dastan, an Irish-Malay singer/songwriter. She's currently hot in Ireland and Malaysia. Chloe Agnew is also quite a darling in my mp3 player. I think that's all for now. I'm going back to Celtic Woman. Cheers.... | ||
