I would say that Retroglide has a little bit the same symptoms as a few years ago when the "new" Beatles song came out Free As A Bird, everybody hoped for a new Hey Jude or Let It Be, but it turned out a B-side nothing special song. My feeling about Retroglide is a little bit the same, we all hoped for a World Machine sort of album and it did not turned out that way. The only song I really like is Dive Into The Sun, the rest is just not my thing, also too many ballads, I really would have liked it if there was also an instrumental song on it. I play it in my car for a week now and I just still don't get the feeling, it is also an album that is really tiring for your ears, it is one big blast, I don't know how to describe it, I experience the same as Johnny already said, it is too full with sound. So my conclusion, Mark did really his best but the songs are just not there for me, hopefully they will give it another try next year, I am still a fan. I leave as I enter,
