A bit late I know but I've been very busy!
I just wanted to say how fantastic the Bristol gig was. The whole band were fantastic but that extra special icing on the cake was Mike Lindup.
Mike and Mark are made for each other and well done to Mark for making sure that Mike had such a major role in the whole gig.

We'd been up to the Motor Show earlier in the day so were absolutely shattered by the time of the gig. My youngest fell asleep after a few songs but don't let that give a reflection, he is only 7 and he was just totally wiped out.

My eldest son, who is 15 next week, listens to stuff like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kaiser Chiefs, Feeder etc. so it wouldn't have been his preffered choice but he was completely taken and loved every minute of the concert.
He is now borrowing all my CDs and putting Level 42 songs onto his playlists and yes he really enjoyed the The Chinese Way.

The Wife has been to a few concerts over the years with me now and enjoyed this one as much as any other too. She also loved the Kenny Thomas set (warm up act) and as it was her birthday I managed to get Kenny to sign a CD with a birthday wish for her so that rounded off the day nicely too.

Not wishing to lose any of the current band but if Mike could become part of the group again it would be fantastic.

Looking forward to the DVD now and hope it has the atmosphere of that Bristol gig

cheers

Pete
