... do any of the Level 42 boys share a birthday with
any other celebs? Or better still, any Digesters?

My birthday's October 19, the day before Mark's, so I
just miss out.

And where's the best (and cheapest) place to get the
Rockpalast DVD?

As a bloke I cannot pass much comment on Mark’s looks, except that if he is attractive, there’s hope for us all !!!!!!!  Ok joking.  Soz Mark….

 

I do agree that Phil has a certain something, I think perhaps he is more funk orientated than Gary who I’d put more in the rock and jazz camps. Gary certainly rocks and has done some great versions, but Phil has a certain edge, a way of defining the perfect fill or pattern for Mark’s groove. The Rockpalast gigs were a fantastic reminder of this, and I’ve played it so many times since delivery.
