It's a site that gives a cover to photoshop it.
The Talpa cover is catchy for the Dutch People, as Talpa is a new media concern, led by the family who are stated there.
So Running in the family was found quite witty for them. The other two are just simple photoshops for fun i think.
Mayby someone else from here has made a nice one...

Personally i try to forget the whole Ghostbusters 2 experience.  It was the second worst idea ever after I once decided to eat a Big Mac instead of going next door to the Gourmet Buger Kitchen.
