> Easily the best of all the solo efforts, and it's
stood the test of time remarkably well. I believe
someone just posted that Mike is selling it on his
site, so you might be able to get it for a better
price than from a dealer who'll slap a "rare and out
of print" label on it.

They're on his site for £15, which is generally what
they go for on eBay. Not an unreasonable price for a
CD, but in the last couple of months I've acquired CDs
by Paddy Milner, Nils Landgren Funk Unit, Colin Towns'
Mask Quintet, Amy Winehouse and Stefan Redtenbacher
for less than £15 put together. No contest, I'm
afraid. Maybe I should get the cassette or LP (which
go for a fraction of the cost) and see if I really am
missing out.

Just wanted to drop in and say best wishes to anyone
affected by the bombings in London - our thoughts are
with you.

When will the idiot terrorists realize that urban
commuting is its own punishment?

take care,

Survived thank goodness. I was some way from the calamities. Still scary though
going back in - had to travel to Bristol that night and tonight fly up North.

Just a little thought nagging in my head all the time. What would I do if ....

Heaven only knows how this kind of attack does anybody any good. Hope they were
'suicide' bombers so at least they're out the way now.

Makes 'Lying Still' rather depressing.
