Thought I sent below message some days ago, but I haven't seen it on the digest.

I'm happy to inform you that I've just published the new Level 42 Scans site. You can find it at www.level42dk.dk which is my own Level 42 fan site.

I've still got a large number of articles and other interesting stuff that need to be scanned, but I would also encourage others to send me their own scans so that we can create the most comprehensive collection of Level 42 scans on the entire internet.

Hope you'll enjoy it.

Cheers,
Lars

Wasn't that concept in Ghostbusters 2?

Very nice work Lars! I've been (slowly) sorting through all the stuff I've archived over the years, so if I come across anything L42 related I'll let you know. I think this is a good idea actually. There's so much stuff like that out there that really needs to be archived and made available for fans.

I don't speaka the language. What's the gist of the text on the site? I mean, obviously I can figure out what's being done, but it seems to me there's more to it than just that.

"...and a bass-tuition DVD that he is also filming..."
Better late than never, eh Mark? Could have done with
it 20 years ago!

On another note (pun intented): I've been a Level 42
fan since '81, when I lived in Gurnard on the Isle of
Wight. But they weren't the first band I got into in a
serious way. In '75, when I was 12, I discovered
Queen. I saw them live and was awestruck by Freddie's
stage presence - even now, when I watch a live DVD, I
get goosebumps. I bought (and loved) their first nine
LPs - "Queen" thru "The Game" - but lost interest when
they went mental and did the "Flash Gordon"
soundtrack. At the same time I was getting out of
Queen, I guess I was getting into Level 42, and I
stayed with them for the long haul.

Before Queen, my favourites were Mud, Slade, The
Sweet, Bay City Rollers and The Rubettes (first album
I ever bought was "Wear It's At"). Oh, and David
Cassidy - I have a bunch of his solo stuff on my iPod.
There - I'm out of the closet and I'm not ashamed!
That's my story - what's yours? Do I win a tenner?

Cheers ~ Mike (Sydney City Milkman)
