I don't know - I go away for 7 days and when I come back the digest has
shrunk again. Having said that, Monday and Tuesday's editions haven't
actually arrived in my inbox at all, so i'm assuming that all the
reviews/discussions of Mike's gig on Sunday where included in those?

Don't tell me i'm going to have to visit the Web Digest to find out how it
went...

Steve

I feel like a fool - Am I possibly the last person on the digest to realise that the Y-Chromo-Boyz took their name from the prison inmates in the film ALIEN 3 ??
I found this out the other day whilst watching my Quadrilogy box-set, as I hadn't seen Alien 3 since it first came out.

Just to confirm, as I don't think we've described it well enough on the web site:

Mike's current tour not only supports the release of Conversations With Silence, but also features a lot of Level 42 and Changes tracks. The Level 42 tracks are rearranged and reinterpreted, and the result is a surprising treat. There is definitely a Brazilian / Cuban theme to the show. I expect there will be a lot of dancing.

Mike's band is made up of Tristan Banks on drums, Andy Lafone on bass and Miles Bould on percussion. The Bloomsbury show featured some impressive jamming.

On the 3rd 7th and 15th March, Mike's band will be joined by the group Celloman, fronted by Da Lata regular, Ivan Hussey.

Celloman are awesome and have quite a following. Check them out at http://www.celloman.co.uk.
Seeing them play with Mike and the 4Tet will be great.

I hope you enjoy this
Bilal
