It would end up looking like a ZZ Top group. Amusing idea though. Bit of L42 info picked up from the Web Digest : >>snip<< Mike Lindup on BBC Radio 2 tonight from 22:30GMT. >>/snip<< Bugger! For those who didn't catch it, Mike Lindup was on BBC Radio 2 last night from 22:30GMT. I think it will make for quite good listening..... erm..... I mean it was quite good listening (I hope). Damn I can't get the hang of e-mailing today what will be read tomorrow. -Tom Give me another nudge when we get to T ________________________________________________________________ The views expressed in this e-mail are the views of the individual and may not reflect the views of the organisation. I’m sure Eric
can knock up some automated e-mail thing
advising people of when it’s their turn, he’s got nothing better to do. Yes, no
problem... and I can go one step further and have it
automatically submit
the message with some witty content as
well. You'll
end up read your own message and think "gee,
I would
write that, wouldn't I?"
And BTW, someone
commented about the eBay Marketplace listing
of yore. Yes,
that was a good script, wasn't it? Unfortunately, eBay
decided to make it
much more difficult for us hackers to screenscrape
their auction
listings, so that didn't last. You'd think they would want
to
make it as easy as
possible for other folks to drive traffic their way,
but no. Its
all about being proprietary these days, apparently...
well,
that and ball
bearings.

| I was interested in Ronald Kuipers' "Empty" comments. However I tried to post many times, and nothing appeared. Eric has now fixed this, my email address had changed slightly due to our takeover, and was thus being rejected. Perhaps others have this problem and now are so longer bothering to write. Hope you all didn't think I was ignoring you. I would be willing to take my turn. I reckon Travis is
really Iain M. Banks practising for another book written in similar style to
parts of Feersum Endjinn. After checking the website for the spelling of
said title I am horrified to see the current artwork for Espedair street is a
guitar and not a bass as it once was. I'm going for a lie down and some
counselling. Pete | ||

Hi folks, What would it take to get some new material from Level 42? I'm sure Boon would plump for the lyrics and as for the music/percussion? Don't they have enbough talent already? Old subject but softly, softly catchy monkey! J. |
