I think you'll find that Australia is waaay closer to Indonesia (and not much else) than the U.S. I often wondered why they never flew down here to play a few gigs - Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, then over to Perth. Easy. Yes I know, limited audience, but there are loads of ex-pats here. I know there are a few Steely Dan fans on the 'gest - my favourite song of theirs was 'All Around My Hat'.
