Excellent questions (and points), Steve. These
questions (and points) essentially circumference the
penultimate demise of Level42. Unfortunately the
speculation bat is ever flapping about as we have no
Truth here (maybe someone should write a book?).

One would, based on the facts, probably have to point
the proverbial fingers at Crockford, who continually
bruised and blemished the title of “manger” (or a good
one, at least), and Mark King, who obviously was on a
quest to Waterloo riding the Fame Wave.

Pardon the Second Coming of me today, but the other
didn’t seem to make the ever-shifting time deadline…

I hate to think someone was hacking his website and
leaving innocuous answers…

> A SETBACK could be a million things –

True.
My money is on “setback” = MK didn’t score some
colossal contract he thought he was gonna score with
the not-really-all-of-a-sudden-resurfaced name
“Level42”.

I don’t recall that bizarre little anecdote, but gawd
knows anything can come out of MK’s pie hole (aside
from the truth, maybe). Funny story though; maybe
someone should write a book…
Don’t worry about the “trashings”, consider the
source(s), to me they are some of the most whacked out
things I have ever read…(my favorite has to be someone
writing me upon Boon’s announcement of the
‘reformation’, and my subsequent postulation that this
is All About Money, that MK was (along with the
emailer, no less!) currently entering a “spiritual”
time in his (their) life (lives)...
Priceless.

> And does anyone care? [re: stephen whyte’s post]

Hmmm, well, apparently we aren’t swimming the
intelligent end of the pool too well, are we?
Obviously Stephen cares, otherwise he would not have
taken the time to think and type out some pretty
interesting thoughts. Nor would the 2 or 3 responders
have taken the “dull” time to give answer.
A brief interlude of actual L42 content and you bitch
and, of course, add valueless font to.
Who knows, maybe you are just looking for attention
ala The Pom’s last post…

Where the hell is Travis when we need him?

Yes, I remember, and I have that interview somewhere.  I am in the process of organizing all the interviews I can collect, so stay tuned and it may surface.  :o)

Hi all,

When I went to the Dreams & Visions section On Forevernow.com, it read: NOTE: As of 4/15/03 no new requests are being taken anymore. Enough copies are out there now, so if you are looking for a copy post to the Level 42 Digest and/or Level 42 Web Digest.

So, what kind soul can help me out with getting a copy? And as far as CDRs are concerned, will a 700MB, 80 minute CDR work? I know that 74 minutes was suggested, but that's what I have immediately available. And yes, my DVD player is CDR and CDR-W compatible.

Anyone who can help, please contact me at my e-mail address.

Thanks!!

Chris Lawless
