| Hi, During the Groningen gig, Norman vdW pointed out that Phil (or Boon, whoever wrote the lyrics) cannot count until three. Running In The Family (the song) talks about "me, with Emily and Joe", but the officer in charge said "two kids out on the street". Now, where's the trick, since the song would have worked out just fine by writing "he said / three kids out on the street / we've picked up on the beat..."? A lightweight New Year post and heavyweight New Year wishes for all you digesters from Tuscany, where we've been "dancing on heavy weather" since I came back last Saturday (where's my sun?) Cheers, mac _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 3 months FREE*. http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail&xAPID=42&PS=47575&PI=7324&DI=7474&SU= http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/getmsg&HL=1216hotmailtaglines_advancedjmf_3mf | ||

>Did anyone else notice this in Lisa's signature?? Lisa, I don't know you,
Thank you for the welcome, even though I have been a quiet member of the community (two whole posts) for several years & a fan since the early 80's. :-) When we moved to the US in the late 80's, news & footage of our favourite band was - as you can imagine - virtually impossible to come by. The Digest became a great source of information & was surely missed during it's absence. It is a treat to see it gracing our Inbox once again.
Yes, we now have eleven children (most of whom have become big fans w/ great recall of most of the catalogued lyrics) & our second set of twins are just three weeks of age. It is thanks in no small part to the poor sleeping habits of our youngest duo that I suddenly have ample time to read & respond to e-mail. ;-)
