Boon, These are part of your history mate, these are the tools that made you what you are, and whilst i do accept that they will in all probability go to a good home with a 42 fan getting them, but just for the money is no excuse to sell up, they cannot be replaced, Why oh why, if cash is that tight to do up the studio, do you not just do what everyone on this digest wants, and that is You, Phil, Mark, & Mike, with wally if you can get him, ALL BITING THE FUC***G BULLET & do a short tour, record it, with all the stuff that was never played live, sell us tickets (which we will all buy) and sell us a live album and video (which we will all buy also) you will make far more cash doing this than flogging the guitars, and it will only mean you taking a few weeks out to do it, sometimes you just have to go one step backwards to go forwards even folks like clapton who had a clear out recently, could not bear to let his original "Blackie" strat go, it is priceless, so is my bass, even though it has a face value on it, over my dead body would i sell it to ANYONE, my car would be sold before the bass & I would revert to shanks's pony Mark has even held onto his original JD & status basses, and i'll bet he never sells them Don't do it boon, Please, Best Wishes Des _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. ------------------------------ Subject: Y-Chromo Promo From: "Phil Jarvis" Date: Mon, 09 Apr 2001 18:59:50

Hi Chaps,

Just to let all you UK digesters know that the Y-Chromo-Boyz FIRST live gig to promote the debut album '2001', will be on Thursday 05/07/2001 at the Quay Theatre, Sudbury,Suffolk, UK. Of course I do not want to exclude our worldwide friends in that, so if you're visiting the UK at that time and want to come, please email me and I'll fill you in on the details.

If any of our UK freinds want to come, again email me and I'll give you all the details.

Its going to be a great night, to start there will be cool sounds provided by very own DJ, who will be playing good old Brit Funk.YCB will be on for an hour long show featuring all tracks from the new album + a few other suprises.

The show may also be broadcast over the internet, if we can get the technology in.

Its going to be a great night, hopefully see alot of you there!

Cheers,

Phil Jarvis Y-Chromo-Boyz

Could someone who knows more about it tell me a bit more about it (what time period, etc.) or point me in the right direction for a discussion of it? Thanks, shuf ------------------------------ Subject: A Letter about Joe Parrington From: John Shuford Date: Tue, 10 Apr 2001 00:12:45 -0700 MicroKids: For those of you who remember Joe Parrington, I just read a letter on a Blade Runner website from the actor who played Holden. Apparently, he had a very unpleasant encounter with Joe. If you would like to read the letter, please contact me privately. Let me just say that it will probably give some people a good laugh, others some insight and closure.
