One of the dance/R&B stations in NYC, WTJM/Jammin' 105 was doing its block party program back-in-the-day music early this afternoon (Sunday). Sure enough, as I drove on the Cross Bronx Expressway on my way to the west side of Manhattan, Jammin' 105 mixed 'Cavern' by Liquid Liquid into...'Starchild!' My day was complete. I was pleased that even though I'm 33 my voice can still hit Mike Lindup's notes, too. Our boys put out some impeccable music, danceable AND elegant, and so much of it has held up after two decades.
