I'd not heard of this until a day or two ago, but check out http://www.montreuxjazz.com/2001/index.html Select your favourite language, then plump for July 15th. Click on the link, select your speed, and you'll get the entire Marcus Miller concert from Montreaux streamed to your PC - all one and a half hours of it! It includes Marcus' playing Teen Town, as well as Burning Down the House, which gives a slight glimpse at how things might have gone if he'd pursued a rockier rather than jazzier vibe to his playing (ie, the King would have had some competition!) Anyway, thought I'd just let you all know about that resource. It kept me amused for ninety minutes...... Well, I never heard it tossed about as a curse word my grandparents' house when I was a little kid (my maiden name is Miltich - Croatian). Can't even conceive of why the word spoon would strike the filter as being offensive. I haven't attempted yet to include any profanity in my web digest posts. I'll have to check it out.....
