I also was not insured and lost all my jewellery that was given to me throughout my childhood and my christening ring that i had as a baby that my parents gave to me. I still feel violated when i think of it now and you have my total and unreserved sympathies. you are in my thoughts regards Lisa 'Mrs Pink' ============================================================= Access over 250 professionally developed online training courses Purchase a 12 months membership online. He was an employee of Polydor who happened to be leaving when level 42 were starting out with polydor, and he was presented with a leaving present of this song written for him. Apparently Mark had the only known copy of this song on tape where it was copied over for the remasters cd." Just to ammend this slightly, he was the Polydor repfor Germany, who did a lot of work promoting the band there. I have no idea when this song is from, but from the sound of the bass it is payed on a status and therefore between 84-87. Cheers! ------------------------------ Subject: The 80's All Over Again?? From: Paul Fucito Date: Tue, 28 Aug 2001 06:56:36 -0700 (PDT) Seems there are an awful lot of 80's songs and acts back on the pop / club charts these days. New Order, Depeche Mode and The Human League all have new singles, plus the new remixes of classic singles by Frankie Goes To Hollywood (Relax), Information Society (Pure Energy, Running), E.G. Daily (Love In The Shadows) and Eddy Grant (Electric Avenue), it's like having 80's radio back again.... Now, if only we could get a CD release of the club charting Starchild, or perhaps a new mix of Something About You...... That would work... Bastards. I had a friend who had his basses stolen, and months later one of them turned up in the USA. Think globally. If you haven't already, post the descriptions you gave us to these newsgroups: alt.guitar.bass rec.music.makers.bass and then, email the same to any bass shops and bass sites that you can find.
