Myself & Sara had a 9 pound 4 oz baby boy on Tuesday 15th May. There have been a few problems & he is currently up in the special care baby unit, he has been pretty poorly butis doin OK overall slowly making progress, we are hoping to have him home by the middle of next week. In Kilograms the weight is 4.2 KG, the time for the 2nd stage of labour (the pushing bit) to his birth 42 mins. When I came out of the hospital to drive home I was behind a 42 bus (I didn't even know we had that route number here in Reading), not exactly a coincidence like the others, but I am told I have 42 days to register the birth! I have also noticed that the equipment in the room he is in is marked up as hospital number 042.......... We have decided on the name Louis Mark. Yes THAT Louis, Sara chose it & it actually is nothing todo with the song (when I told her she said 'Oh have I heard it ?' my reply was 'what do you think dear ?', Mark however IS after some musician bloke - well it had to be after all those numbers didn't it! I have to say what a fantastic bunch of people are who are working for him & all the other babies that need special care. I was gobsmacked to learn how much the equipment costs & that most of it is donated by a charity support group for the unit. >> ------------------------------ Subject: LEVELFEST JAPAN 2001 From: mariko Date: Sun, 20 May 2001 22:15:25 +0900 >>>* Announcement for the Japanese Levelheads *<<< We are going to have Levelfest in Tokyo, Japan ! pre-fest : June 9 (Saturday) : Gathering (chats) main fest: June 10 (Sunday) : Jam session Places have been settled now. The british pound sign character gets interpreted in different ways (mostly wrong) on systems without it... Once again: 5 pounds to see Gary's drum clinic in Leeds. Hope this clears up any confusion Carl CJohnson080972 @ aol.com wrote: > Hi Carl, > Thanks for the mention on the site, really appreciate it. > Don't know what happened on the digest regarding price of the > tickets!,it > wouldn't display the pound sign,so tickets are five quid,(just in case > it > doesn't work again!) and not 35.00,don't want fans to think we are > ripping > them off! > Many Thanks again. > > Chris. ------------------------------ Subject: L42 12"s for sale From: "Andrew Goodwin" Date: Mon, 21 May 2001 01:05:13 +0100 1) Learn To Say No (Pharmacy/K-Klass mixes) promo LEVEL 7 2) Sun Goes Down (Tin Tin Out mix) promo LIVIN 98 3 3) All Over You (K-Klass & Mother mixes) double pack promo LEVEL 4 No idea what the going rate is on these nowadays so any reasonable offer gets them. You need Real Player installed which can be obtained via the site. Jemima has an album out called Easy, which can be obtained from all HMV, Virgin & Tower stores. The gig is an unplugged affair but with a seven piece band. Musically, it's kind of a cross between Kate Bush & Tori Amos but more pop/commercial oriented. Anyone who wishes to turn up can do so, it's free to get in. We're expecting quite a turn out and it should be a good night, her single is released next week so there should be a few media darlings down there. Cheers, Mike
