I wonder how long it took you to find that?? You know nobody will believe you if you say you found it by accident! Or that you found it in the pursuit of an accident! But I'm not sure. Yes, the weed looks similar. But the pavement on the book cover is curved, it's raining, the drain isn't directly opposite the gap in between the kerb stones, and most shockingly of all the drain itself is different. And of course there's no rainbow. So I don't know really. Couldn't you have found something a little bit closer to the record cover? I guess the next thing is that you'll be saying that Joy Barling (I presume she is the author of this magnificent tome) lives on the Isle of Wight and that the photo was taken on Ryde High Street... outside building no. 42... I do, however, believe that we will soon be seeing Level 42 tribute bands called Urban Storm Drainage and The Wallingford Procedure. Good man in an urban storm drain! David ------------------------------ Subject: demos From: "Ronald Kuipers" Date: Thu, 26 Apr 2001 18:31:57 +0200 Don't forget to check out the Demos on http://listen.to/level42demos There will be new ones up on Sunday. Q&A Q: Why is the track time wrong on my MP3 player? A: This is because I used variable bitrate to encode the Waves Q: Why did you use VBR? A: Because I believe this methode offers the best quality MP3s Q: Did you pay for these demos? A: NO Q: Why are you putting theme on a website? A: That's because I feel everyone who wants to hear them should be able to. Q: Do you have anymore? A: Yes but not as good (Sound quality) as these ones. Q: Why don't you put them out all at once? A: I believe it's more fun this way. Not just for me. For more about VBR MP3 encoding please visit http://www.jthz.com/mp3/ and http://www.jthz.com/~lame/ for downloading this free software. If there is anyone who can supply with new material, I know it's outthere somewhere, we can always workout somekind of trade. Enjoy . . . . . .
