Hi Everyone,
Hows things? Just to add to the Marks address debate, folllowing on from
what Craig Hughes and Lozzie said, you would be surprised but if you address
a letter to Mark as "Mark King, Isle Of Wight" it WOULD probably get to him,
I have it on good authority from a member of the Royal Mail! (My friend is
a postwoman!)
But on the other hand, if you want a more secure address to write to him at,
you can use the address Mark has on his website for buying the CDs hes
released, ie: PO BOX 23 Sandown, Isle Of Wight. I have written to him at
this address and have had a reply from him, so I know for sure that this is
a "secure" address.
Just wanted to wish Bruce O'Dowd good luck with his operation, I'll get in
touch soon Bruce, chin up matey!
Also, anyone got a good cure for nerves? Im getting married in 5 weeks time
and Im terrified!!!!!! LOL
Take care
Jen

I'm probably going to see it tonight, but all the UK reviews that I have
read have been entirely glowing about Renee and how she has made the
role her own. I have heard not a word of dissent about her casting since
the film actually came out.

That all depends on the calibre of your stiffs Richard. What's the going
rate for a deceased Tudor these days? At least two extinct Viennese
composers I'd wager.

No. "Celebrity chef" is an oxymoron.

If you could furnish me with the corpse of Jamie Oliver, I will arrange for
Level 42 to reform and record those tracks in your living room.

Hi Levelfesters!
Finally!
>>>>>>>>Levelfestdate: Juni 10th 2001<<<<<<<<<
At Cafe de Luchtpost Weert,Limburg, the Netherlands.
(Near to Eindhoven, Roermond, Belgium & Germany)
Why took it so long?
First,we should perform live with a few Dutch Digesters at the fest, this
band has split up,we did'nt have the time to practice regularly,
maybe we are be able to take our instruments & just play it.
The "professional"coverband "Level4-ever" has unfortunatly cancelled to
perform this year due some problems, they also didn't dropped me a line
sooner than yesterday.
that's the reason of the delay.
Sure that there are some changes now at the list of Levelfestattendees at
www.level42.nl ,so please mail or call me if you would like to visit the
fest
& if you have some ideas too.
More news soon.
C-ya at the fest!

With due apologies to those who hate to see the Digest filled up with this
sentimental trivia; and with further apologies to those who would have
preferred and who merit individual notification.
My daughter finally deigned to put in an appearance this morning - 13 days
late, at 2.40am. She weighed 4.2kg, and we've named her Marcia Michaela
Philippa Boonia Ant Lindup-Badarou Goodwin.
AG
PS She weighed 6lb 15oz, and her name is Fay Eliane (not Elaine, Eliane like
the jazz pianist.)

Hi folks,
Just a note to confirm what Andy Clarke said yesterday about the
Level 42 auction and set sale that is being hosted on my website.
The auction is now open until the 31st May 2001 and you can visit
it at:
http://www.level42.20m.com/welcome.html
Just follow the links to the auction pages. This is probably one of the
largest L42 collections to be 'put under the hammer' so why not pop
by and take a look to see what is on offer.
Happy hunting!
Glyn.

Hello all. I have been reading alot about the previously unreleased
tracks, Hell, etc. and was wondering if anyone plans on burning a CD along with
the new Word Machine tracks that is being offered for download on the
net. I do not have a CD burner and would greatly appreciate if anyone
of you can email me privately about obtaining a CD.
Thanks kindly,
Rob

Since he disbanded the group, and Mike, Phil and Boon got together to play Level

months ago.

Truth is there is a ton of stuff surfacing, Whoever put this on Napster (and is
wasn't me, I have
never ever even been to Napster) is bound to have the rest of the stuff, The
Planets, Oh Darling
etc etc etc. I only mention this because now just about everyone I speak to has
these tracks, and
if they're coming up on Napster there is no point ignoring them anymore.

Hi from a silent digester
Picking up a thread from a few days ago about L42's videos, I just wanted to
add that "Something about you" is one of my favourites but I noticed a
mistake recently...
As the train pulls into the station (I think it is Waterloo, London)the
train that you see pulling in is not the same train that they get off.
Before anyone accuses me of being some mad train anorak (which I am not
honest!)the train pulling in is a modern sliding door version, yet the train
they get off (and the one featured throughout the rest of the video) is a
slam-door and a much older train. Was this just an oversight or quite
deliberate?
John

Limits, you made no mention of a T-shirt in your original message, hence my
confusion as to why a nice Californian girl like you might be hirsute in the
area concerned. All is now clear. However, since you ask, another option for
the T-shirt - if you were keen to avoid spoiling your hair-do - might have
been to put your legs through the armholes and wear it like a sort of giant
pair of pants, although I guess that would have led to MK having to sign it
an an even less mentionable place...
