Hello everyone.
My name is Barry Gosden and this is my first message on this digest.
I have been a L42 fan for around 16 years. I must confess that I have yet to
listen to MK's latest offering, however it seem's a little controversial if
what I read in  these messages are correct!!!!
In reply to Dean Osborn <deanosborn @ hotmail.com, I think that probably the
best bass is played in Mark's other solo album called 'Influences' on the
track (that goes on for a complete side of an album!!!) called 'The
essential'. The last 5 minutes has a spine tingling piece where Mark play's
the bass along side a flamenco type guitar. Class!!
By the way does anyone know where I can get a copy of 'Influences' on CD or
MD? My old viny; album has seen better days (and I no longer have a record
player!!!)

the facts.  There is nothing about this story that is consistent with
the truth.  Anyone conducting a mimimum amount of research on
Coca-Cola's history, copyright & patent law, trade secrets, or
marketing would know that.  If anyone wants to know why, or anything
else about urban legends (the spoken equivalent of chain letters), for
that matter, feel free to mail me.

I'm a lucky owner of the 4 track CDsingle of Thesun goes down '98. It is not
gonna be played much because I don't like the track with Omar, except for
the music, and I absolutely HATE the Tin tin out mix.
I almost bought 2 (1 to swap) but when I got back to the dealer it was
already sold.
The reason why I didn't buy it before was a money thing, but now I have
some left to buy a little memory for my PC.

I'm also looking for an AMERICAN digester to swap some Ace of base
stuff. There is a lot of different stuff out in America and Europe.

Subject: Hear 'Sun Goes Down '98' at Pizza Hut

I there all…
If you are ever sightseeing in Bath in the U.K. then get yourself down to
Pizza Hut for two good reasons.

1. They offer an excellent buffet style menu and for around £4.50 you get
through as much food as you can stomach. Two heaped plates filled with Pizza
and salad washed down with a chilled Budweiser though is quite sufficient for
myself at lunchtime.
2. This particular restaurant also offers very soulful grooves as a backdrop
and yesterday was no different with the added bonus of, whilst chomping
through a slice of Ham and Mushroom, SGD '98. It became a bit tricky whilst
breaking into spontaneous song ….'Well I live on the edge time is in my side'…
with my mouth full.

Which leads me to two searching questions.
1. Why was there none of my favourite pizza available at the buffet counter?
This happens to be Chicken Original (Spicy chicken, Onion, Green Pepper and
Mushroom).
2. Why the hell did Polydor drop the release of SGD '98 as a single?

Any other Digesters booked for Shepherd's Bush? See you there!
