Kenneally" Date: Sun, 19 Jan 1997 10:03:50 -0500 I responded to Kara about what I thought of Mike's solo job, and I just had to ring in with my own 2 cents. What an amazing album! And I hear Mike is working on another album as we speak. Let's hope it makes it to final production! My favorite tracks are "Desire", "Life Will Never Be The Same", and "Paixao." But I have a few questions I think some of you can help me with: The track list totals 10 songs, however there are really 11. Any idea as to what the extra track is? Was Resurgence the original label? And what about the label on the front: "Limited Edition High Definition Picture Disk"? Sorry about all the questions, but when you encounter something as "religious" (thank you, Kara), as this, one must ask questions. :) Later, Mike ------------------------------ Subject: Yeah, the PHOTOS From: wrholley @ burgoyne.com Date: Sat, 18 Jan 1997 12:30:08 -0700 Byrdman's comments last week sparked my interest. The FAIT ACCOMPLI video shows the photos being taken for SATS album. They chose, however, not to use them because they really didn't reflect the band. My question is: Does anybody here have ANY copies of those pictures that were scrapped? I'd love to get my hands on them. Let me know! WESLEY HOLLEY the good man in a storm ------------------------------ Subject: Zak's Chinese Way review From: HighwayHamster @ webtv.net (Glen Hambly) Date: Sun, 19 Jan 1997 12:18:29 -0600 Hear, hear, Zak! Thank you for sticking up for the Chinese Way! I was going to write my own apologetic for that song, but you beat me to it. I have always liked the song. The first L42 album I bought was the World Machine+ bonus side of 12" remixes, one of which is Chinese Way. Mark's bassline is amazing, and it is lyrically and melodically very pleasing. I'm sure there are many others on the digest who agree. Let's hear it from you..... Watched Live @ Wembly the other night.......noticed many London fans grooving and swaying to Chinese Way!!!! ...I could never lie, for honour I would die....
