I don't know if it's available in the US, but the Goulds can be seen live in the "Live at Wembley" video from the RITF tour. Just covered over, with what probably some . executive wanted from them. "The Bends"????? You mean to tell me there's a song I'm missing out on? I didn't realise there was an extra-tracks version. What are the extra tracks? I have Play Me on the Forever Now CD single, but what are the other songs? Let me know - we're talking life & death here!!!!! Thanx, Paul :) ------------------------------ Subject: From: "Anthony Burns" Date: Mon, 27 May 96 10:33:21 UT Part of a poem called "mr. gold" (about Philip in the "It's Over video, was filmed inteo separate sessions...) mr. gold like a diamond in the sky shining, afternoon and savanna grass throwing waves over icy waters declining, walking with a love song in mind a love song of you lost, but I cannot find the convex cymbal like the lens in my eye crashing, daylight and dwindling hours tarnished light of thunder clouds washing, thoughts of a love long in the past; away a dream of you, I know was never meant to last He looks like he's in a Zen trance while he's playing (-_-) ------------------------------ Subject: NYC Levelfest photos! These photos were taken during their NYC "Levelfest" a few weeks back, so check them out! You can get to all this good stuff by going to the mailing list's WWW page and then checking out the links at the bottom of the page (in the "Projects and Outings" section). http://www.worldmachine.com/level42 Seeyazzzz... -Eric -- Eric J. From: Roxanne Moore Date: Mon, 27 May 1996 20:52:08 -0400 Once upon a time someone gave me the phone number to a record store somewhere in the US (Minnesota I think) where I could basically get any Level 42 music possible, it was an 800 #, something like 1-800 Audio_ _ _ _ something. Of course I lost the e-mail, and I dont' remember the name of the person who sent this to me, so that really helps! If anyone out there knows what I'm talking about please help! OR... if anyone knows where I can get a CD of the Latest Level 42 album "Forever Now".......(newest version "Billy's Gone" on it) I will be very happy! Hope to hear from someone soon ~ Roxanne [Audiophile Import in Maryland... 1-800-AUDIO-90. Note that they are *way* overpriced! -Eric] ------------------------------ Subject: No Pants? From: Marcus Bone Organization: Kingston University (Science) Date: Fri, 24 May 1996 12:44:01 GMT0BST Oh well I guess even Loz couldn't get any of Phils underwear, never mind - I wonder if its any easier to get hold of Gary Husbands? Also I am going into town in a minute to try and get "Live at Wembley" (Fri 24th May) I actually read a review of it in the paper last week, so if I can't get hold of it today I'm going to be really p*ssed off. "Come on Phillip you can tell me" is from "A Physical Presence". At the end of the mentioned Smith and Jones sketch, Griff Rhys Jones drives his XR3i (What else) out of the garage and Mel Smith looks at the car manfully and says "'andsome".
