Sim Dietrich Jr." Date: Sat, 4 May 1996 08:50:57 -0700 (PDT) Hey out there. I'm new to the mailing list! Level 42 has been my favorite band since soon after getting World Machine in 1986, on the strength of 'Something About You'. It is still my favorite song of all time. My 2nd favorite Level 42 song is 'Lying Still' on WM also. I have most of their US releases - excluding 'The Early Tapes' and any singles. I recently picked up FVN as an import. Strong disc. I also have a greatest hits compilation called 'On A Level'. Does anyone out there have 'The Remixes'? I saw it for $24.00 and I seemed to already have about 90% of the songs on there...Would it be worth it? A couple of years ago I found a Level 42 Video tape made sometime after SATS but before Level Best or Guaranteed. If anyone's interested I can make copies... About me: I grew up in New Jersey, went to college at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. Worked for Turner Interactive until it cratered in Feb. I recently moved to Foster City, CA in Silicon Valley. I work for a games company by day, and have my own games company by night. We recently released our Shareware game - Hubie!. It's pretty fun - e-mail me if you want a copy! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ! Check out HUBIE! - a VGA Puzzle/Arcade game for DOS ! RITF always seemed like a few lyrical ideas slapped together to make a song--now I know WHY! Thanks, Pat, for the info! --John __________________________ John Goodman, Art Director > > > KapComm < < < 7515 Wayzata Blvd. #112 tel:612-545-3215 Persuasive Communications Minneapolis, MN 55426 fax:612-545-7917 e-mail:kapcomm @ minn.net http://www.homepage/coming.soon
