I have now finished my exams so I am now able to tape those audio gigs I talked about earlier. Thanks to everyone who replied. The following is a list of all those who replied asking for copies of the gigs: Zaron Michael Frumin Rob Kadel Peter Hadley Martin Ashby Jonathan E Frumin John Edward Martin Shuford Jazz Purewal Evan Daum David Leslie ChezDan That's the list! Anyone else who want copies of the gigs (Hammersmith 85, Crystal Palace 91 and Wembley 89) should email me and I will add your names to the list. Now I've had a think about it and the best way of doin ghtis is for each of you to send me stlg10 in sterling (please). This will allow me to purchase the tapes from a shop near me and send them back in a padded bag. It also means you don't have to pay the cost of sending the tapes overseas. As I also mentioned earlier, to fill up tapes, I will tape tracks requested by you from a list that I will post in the next few days. This will include interviews singles remixes, individual live tracks and the Changes and Influences albums. Hope everyone is happy with that! Now, providing each of you is happy with this situation, can you send me the money and a return address to my address which is : Flat 21 Craigside Galsworthy Road Kingston Surrey KT2 7BP England U.K So that everyone feels safe with this arrangement, Dave Crowson will make sure that everything is above board. I'm only doing this to spread the word " about the great thing called Level 42". Regards, Mike. ------------------------------ From: eric (Eric J. The directory for this is: pub/level42/song (at enterprise.bih.harvard.edu). Thanks to Elson for doing Seven Years (do you even remember doing this? I found it at ftp.nevada.edu!). Also, thanks to the guy that emailed me to tell me about "There is a dog"... sorry about missing your name - it scrolled out of my scrollback buffer! Enjoy... -Eric ------------------------------ From: "Zaron Michael Frumin" Date: Wed, 1 Feb 1995 00:45:27 -0500 (EST) Subject: Children Say Fellow Level-Heads: Hi, this is the BIG Z. It's been awhile since I last posted, but I had two quickies: First, can anyone tell me what it says in the upper right hand corner on the back cover of the Forever Now CD (UK album); it looks like a balloon you'd find in a comic strip and it says something about Children Say (maybe some kind of foundation the group supports?). Next, I saw the video to "Something About You" on VH-1's 'Big 80s' last weekend; what does Mark mouth at the very end of the video? One more: Does anyone know if the Children Say remix featured on the "The REMIXES" CD is the same remix which is featured on the '87 CD single of the song? Other than the album version and the slightly different version of the song on _Level Best_ , does anyone know of any other different versions of Children Say? Anyone know where I might find a used copy of the '87 single? Thanks, Zaron
