As I posted to r.m.m.b, I thought that I ought to post to this
list too, but ended up forgetting completely.

The information came directly from RCA records along with a questionnaire
asking about listening habits etc, and the chance to win a limited edition
CD single or something like that. (I can't remember for sure since I sealed
the envelope up yesterday...)
