I've been stuck on this amazing band since 1985, when I heard "Something About You". They are by far my favorite all-time band. I've just heard _Forever Now_ thanks to Mark Daniel (hi Mark), and I'm very excited about it -- it's another great effort, with some wonderful returning to their funk roots (I'm SO glad that Phil Gould is back with them, BTW), as well as some delightful new styles -- the title track "Forever Now" sounds a lot like the group Tower of Power! Upbeat, funky, lots of horns -- I love it. I also agree with Rob Kadel's Doobie Brothers comparison. It's a refreshing album. Question: can someone supply me with the address for the Level 42 Fan Club out of England? I've been meaning to join for years.
