Kind of defeats the purpose of having a mailing list, doesn't it? -- Lazlo (lazlo @ unm.edu) ------------------------------ From: eric (Eric J. There are currently 34 members on the list. 28 subscribe to the digest, while the remaining 6 are non-digest subscribers. I'll post a country/ domain breakdown within the next week or so. > Perhaps the name and e-mail addresses of each member of this list could be > posted; who knows? Maybe we can email each other directly or chat about > Level 42 on a one-one one basis... I don't know if people really want this kind of info to be made available. I know of at least one member who probably gets more mail than he can handle already (other than me, that is!). Even though this is a pretty good idea, I don't have anyone's "real" name, only their addresses. I think the best policy (for now anyways) is to post questions to the list, and then take dicsussions to email (if you want) after others have responded. Thanks for the suggestions, Elson! Eric Oh, p.s., I'm starting a new job in a week, and lets all keep our fingers crossed that I'll still be able to do the system administration here. One way or the other, the mailing list will still be around unless a major disaster happens (i.e., flood, earthquake) :-}
