Subject: New Member Intro

My name is Matt MacInnis, and I've recently signed on to the Level 42 list.
I'm from Toronto, Ontario but attend Union College in Schenectady, NY.

I've been a fan of Level 42 since the World Machine album, and prefer the
'classic' Gould/Gould/King/Lindup over the subsequent permutations (I don't
dislike any of their albums however). I was fortunate enough to see the band
in Toronto at a sold out Maple Leaf Gardens during the Running In The Family
Tour back in 1987, despite the unexpected absence of Boon Gould onstage.

I'm a HUGE fan of Mark King's bass playing, as well as his _Influences_ solo
effort. 

As for other music, my tastes are very eclectic. I like a little of everything.
I particularly enjoy Genesis, Dire Straits, Pink Floyd and U2 in addition to
Level 42 as favourite acts.

I'm very much interested in discussing Level 42 and their music. I'm sure I'll
enjoy this list.
