Hansen) Date: Thu, 23 Sep 93 9:16:22 EDT Subject: Lyrics in Follow Me and Foundation & Empire Hi, I was listening to Physical Presence last night, and I couldn't quite figure out the beginning lyrics to "Follow Me" or the entire lyrics to "Foundation & Empire". They may not really be words, but rather incantations derived by Mark. There is an interesting blurb about this in the video "Fait Accompli" where Mark describes the music as dictating certain vocal sounds. Boon then takes the music and applies his lyrical skills to matching these "sounds" with meaningful words. I don't know if this is any relevance to these two songs, but I can't figure out what they're saying anyways! Anyone care to comment? Also, is the ablum "The Early Tapes" available on CD? It's the only one I don't have digital...
